Clear and protect your Aura
Here is an easy energy technique you can try yourself. As taught in Chiron Healing ®. It is best to do it a number times per day and see if you can feel a difference after doing if for a few days.
You are energetically clearing your Aura, so that natural regeneration and healing can take place more easily.
First clear yourself
1) You start by connecting to your highest soucre of positive energy, (Buddha, Jesus, God, whoever is the highest form of purity for you... or simply: Universal White Light).
2) You mentally visualize (or affirm) a strong white light like a sun above your head, shining down on you. Then you visualize/affirm a strong wave of bright light washing from under your feet all the way over your head.
It sweeps out all negative, dense energies to the source of light above your head - and it BINDS it there ! (the binding is important).
You can just do the visualization or you can use hands to help move the energy. (Obviously in a public place you would do it mentally.)
You may say something like this: (either alound or in your mind) "With the power of Universal White Light I raise and bind to the the light all negatives within my aura, and the surrounds of my aura."
That was the clearing part ;-) - Now for the protection part:
3) mentally visualize (or affirm) strong white light above your head, shining down on you and completely covering you all around and under your feet.
If you like you can say (metally or aloud): “I clothe myself with a robe of white light compose of the love, power and wisdom of God, not only for my own protection but so that all who see it and come into contact with it are drawn to God and healed.”( Quote courtesy of Isobel M. NB: sweeping from under your feet is important - and so is the binding all the rubbish and 'gunk' to the light.
